Every word hatches into a sprite
词性决定它是哪一系：Its word type decides its family:

大多数词孵出来就是普通精灵。偶尔有一只是亮的；练到后面，少数会变成很难见到的样子。每本单词本还有自己的专属精灵 —— 英语是猫头鹰，中文是熊猫，物理是猫。节日那几天另有一批精灵，只有那几天抓得到。
Most words hatch an ordinary sprite. Now and then one comes out shining, and a few evolve into something you will not see often. Each word book has its own creature too — an owl for English, a bunny for Biology, a cat for Physics — and festival weeks bring sprites you can only catch while they are on.
