What this is

Lexi Sprites is a vocabulary learning app. You catch a word, it hatches into a sprite, and as you learn and use that word properly, the sprite evolves.

Using the app means you agree to what's on this page. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Your account

• Sign up with your own email address, one account per person.
• Don't share your sign-in code. Anything done with your account counts as done by you.
• If you're under 18, please use the app with your parent or guardian's knowledge.

Please use it like this

Classmates share this space, so:

• Keep anything you share with classmates friendly and clean.
• No score-farming, no scripts, and no working around the daily limits.
• Don't use it for things unrelated to learning, and don't attack or disrupt the service.

If someone is clearly abusing this, we may suspend or close that account.

What you write

The words you catch, the sentences you write and the answers you give are yours. We only use them to give you the app's features — saving progress, generating feedback, and showing leaderboards.

The sprite artwork, illustrations, learning content and interface are ours. Please don't copy them or reuse them elsewhere.

About availability

We improve the app almost every day, so features change, and occasionally something breaks or the app is briefly unavailable. We'll do our best, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly or always be up.

It's a tool to help you study, not a guarantee of results. Treat it as a place to practise, and keep your own copy of anything important.

These terms can change

We may update this page. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and we'll tell you in the app if anything important changes. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated version.

About paid plans

You can choose Trainer or Master inside the app. Prices are shown on the plans screen: in Australian dollars including GST for customers in Australia, and in US dollars everywhere else.

• Plans renew automatically. Monthly plans are charged each month, yearly plans each year, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time, yourself. Settings → Membership → Manage or cancel. You do not need to email us. After cancelling you are not charged again, and you keep what you have already paid for until it runs out.
• New accounts get 14 days free. No card is needed, it ends by itself, and there is nothing to cancel.
• Refunds. Charged twice, charged by mistake, or renewed when you meant to cancel — tell us from the contact page and we will refund it. Nothing here takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
• Price changes. Prices may change in future. A change only affects renewals after it, we will tell you beforehand, and if you subscribe now you keep today's price for as long as you stay subscribed.
• What you keep. Cancelling never takes away words, sprites, the Dex or quizzes — those stay, offline included. Only the daily AI allowance goes back to the free level.
