我们收集什么
- 账号信息：你的邮箱（用来登录和找回学习记录）、昵称、生日（用来在生日那天送你小精灵）。
- 学习记录：你抓的词、测验和写作结果、连续打卡天数、收集到的小精灵。
- 班级信息：你加入的班级、排行榜上的名次、你分享给同学的词。
- 基本技术信息：让 App 正常运行所必需的记录，例如出错时的日志。
我们不会要你的真实姓名、住址、电话，也不收集你的位置。
What we collect
- Account details — your email address (to sign in and keep your progress), your nickname, and your birthday (so we can send you a sprite on the day).
- Learning activity — the words you catch, quiz and writing results, your streak, and the sprites you collect.
- Class information — the classes you join, your place on a leaderboard, and words you share with classmates.
- Basic technical records needed to keep the app running, such as error logs.
We don't ask for your real name, address or phone number, and we don't collect your location.

只用来把 App 跑起来：保存你的学习进度、生成释义和批改反馈、显示班级排行榜、在生日和节日送小惊喜，以及发每周鼓励邮件。
我们不卖你的信息，也不投放广告。
What we use it for
Only to run the app: saving your progress, generating definitions and writing feedback, showing class leaderboards, sending birthday and seasonal surprises, and sending the weekly encouragement email.
We don't sell your information and we don't run ads.
谁还会看到
为了让 App 运转，我们会用到一些服务商，他们只能在为我们提供服务的范围内接触到这些数据：
- 云端托管服务商——保存你的账号和学习记录。
- AI 服务商——为了生成释义和批改反馈，你查的词和提交的文字会发送过去处理。我们不会把你的姓名或邮箱一起发过去。
- 邮件发送服务商——发送登录验证码和每周邮件。
- 公共词典服务——查词时会向公开词典查询这个单词本身。
除此之外，我们不会把你的信息给别人；法律要求的情况除外。
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the app. They can only access this data to provide their service to us:
- Cloud hosting providers — storing your account and learning records.
- AI service providers — to generate definitions and writing feedback, the words you look up and the text you submit are sent to them for processing. We don't send your name or email address with them.
- Email delivery providers — sending sign-in codes and the weekly email.
- Public dictionary services — when you look a word up, the word itself is queried against public dictionaries.
Other than that, we don't give your information to anyone else, except where the law requires it.
数据存在哪里
我们的服务器在新加坡，所以你的信息会存放在澳大利亚境外。
Where it's stored
Our servers are in Singapore, so your information is stored outside Australia.
你可以做什么
- 看看我们存了什么——App 里可以把你的数据导出成一个文件。
- 改——昵称、生日、班级都可以在设置里自己改。
- 删——想删掉账号和所有学习记录，发邮件给我们就行，我们会处理掉。
我们只在账号存在期间保留这些信息。
What you can do
- See what we hold — you can export your data as a file from inside the app.
- Change it — nickname, birthday and class can all be edited in Settings.
- Delete it — email us and we'll delete your account and learning records.
We keep this information only for as long as your account exists.
未满 18 岁的同学
词汇小精灵主要给中学生用。如果你还没满 18 岁，请在家长知情的情况下使用。家长如果想查看、更正或删除孩子的资料，写邮件给我们就好。
If you're under 18
Lexi Sprites is mainly used by high-school students. If you're under 18, please use it with your parent or guardian's knowledge. Parents who want to see, correct or delete their child's information can just email us.

If we update this page we'll change the date at the top, and we'll tell you in the app if anything important changes.
